Ã¢â‚¬Â¦ thatÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s up from # 12 last year and I need to say thank you for your business. I know that there are many places that you can buy and service a car and we sincerely appreciate you choosing ours.
As a matter of fact if youÃ¢â‚¬â„¢ve looked around recently at the Ã¢â‚¬Å“newÃ¢â‚¬Â American auto industry; youÃ¢â‚¬â„¢ll see that it has not only come back from the brink, but business is very, very good.
The automobile industry is alive & well and very important in this country as it is producing millions of jobs both directly as well as indirectly with suppliers etc. Furthermore todayÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s quality rivals that of any manufacturer on the planet with best ever fuel economy and these cars, SUVÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s and trucks come standard with fantastic new styling and technology which is precisely why the auto business is thriving.
As sales soar the industry is making plans to build new assembly plants to keep pace with demand. What a difference a couple of years make! This industryÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s transformation is simply unprecedented and car buyers reap the benefits and have never been so satisfied with their purchases.

I feel strongly that this is primarily because we believe steadfastly in doing the right thingÃ‚Â for every customer and have for over 25 years. This is precisely why I personally & regularly meet with all of our Sales Consultants, BDCÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s & Managers to discuss the extreme importance of a positive guest experience. Their job is to find out what our customers are interested in and help them buy it at agreeable terms and conditions. Of course this is not as simple as asking them what make and model; itÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s really more about helping match the right vehicle to the customerÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s needs and pocketbook. Further, we understand that making the decision to purchase any vehicle is important and that people need to collect all the information they require to make an informed decision.
This process is second nature to all of our consultants because they are armed with enormous product knowledge and can offer an almostÃ‚Â unlimited number of transparent options and solutions to satisfy most any transportation need. We encourage and expect this process in all of our transactions because it reveals needs and expectations, enhances customer satisfaction and helps form the right kind of business relationships that have fostered win-win relationships for everybody.
