I created herbcares.com for one reason, because I sincerely value your experience at my dealerships.  I’m so passionate about this business and providing extraordinary service to my customers that I want to personally hear about the great experiences customers have.  On the other hand, I also want to know when you have an experience that falls short of your expectations so that I can rectify the situation.

To my knowledge, we are the first automotive group to create a social media site of this kind.  At the Herb Chambers Companies, we are continually striving to bring the industry leading technology and resources to our customers.
